I can't group/ungroup, cast spells, or even load a saved game without the delay. It only appears to happen around Wyrmm's Rock Fortress and crossing. Totally fine in Rivington and the city itself and previous acts. Here's what I've done to try to solve: Adjusted all video settings, all the way from the lowest of the low to the highest of the high.
