I only just learned the critical hit % boost from Valdr's Lucky Dagger affects the Razor if you have both equipped. I thought, "that'll never work", but then the trail of dead folk i left in Falkreath says otherwise. I think this build might just be a lot of fun. I tested it with the Razor in my main hand, PS4 no mods.
