Both are right off the Aliant listed loads. I use rem primers with rem hulls & win primers with AA hulls. AA20HS hull, win209, SP20 wad, Blue Dot, & 1 ounce of shot (1250fps). STS20 hull STS209-p, SP20 wad, Blue Dot, & 1 ounce of shot (1225fps). What is nice is with the 20 I have loaded REM/WIN/FED hulls with out changing any crimp adjustments.

Unique is a very good powder for the 16 ga. reloader. I have loads W/ 15 gr. to 19 gr. using 7/8 oz to 1 1/8 oz of shot. PB is also a good powder for low pressure, low velocity 16 ga. loading with light shot packages. It really depends on what powder you're using, and consequently the volume, if you're using Unique, you're in trouble, if you're using WSF you have more options.
