Operator specialties r6 not working

They tend to not show if you download the game on one account then log on to the game with another account on your console. The ops only show up for the account that purchased the game.The Breacher and Trapper newcomer challenges are listed as locked, without any indication of how to unlock them. You just gotta lose or win the match then cut out your WIFI and then click retry. Operator Packs not working? Hey guys. I just downloaded siege deluxe edition off of game pass and it does not give me the year 1 nor 2 operators, even though I have them installed. If it makes a difference, I am game sharing game pass with a friend.
