Jul 17, 2023 #27. Just had another C&P exam with Optum Serve last week. It was an awesome experience and the female NP asked my wife to be present during exam. She was pro- military and very thorough during my exam. I was seen for GERD secondary to PTSD and would go back again without hesitation.

On the letter from LHI initially, there was a total of eight conditions on the exam (hearing loss and tinnitus being separate appointments.) They ranged from sinuses, to autoimmune disorder, cardiovascular issues (don't know where it came from...wasn't a part of my claim) to cranial nerve diseases.
