QF+UD gives you enough DR to lose only one chunk of hp rather than two chunks from heavy shots on DS. Skeleton build for Leech on DS is that, movement speed & Bullseye. any akimbo smg is fine, my favorite is Krinkovs though. If you are a shotgun guy definitely akimbo goliaths.

basically gets you free concussions. unlocks the leech ampule. activating the ampule restores 40% of hp (2 chunks) every hit you take takes one chunk unless it's over 200 damage. every hit you take heals your teams hp by 5% last 6 seconds and has a cooldown of 30 seconds. The weak point about the Team build is that you always take 3 shots before dying. With Leech? Pop one out in the open, have godmode for 10 seconds, have a Leech injector ready as soon as the 10 seconds period is over cause you kill so much and so fast. You also heal your teammates so the build goes to a different level. Hacker or any dodge build is fine as long you don't absolutely rely on dodge and let jesus take the wheel.
