After shooting today, I would prefer the 6+1 in the Glock 42 compared to the 10+1 of the Ruger LCP Max. I'm sure I'd get more shots on target with the 42 despite the fewer rounds. I've put a few hundred rounds of it through my 42 with zero malfunctions, and zero wear issues (that I can see) on the gun.
