When I turn the AC on, the clutch engages and does not disengage. The system does not cycle. High pressure side only builds to 150 max, while the low stays about 20 to 25. Max cooling is to about 60F. I also kind of remember when I initially added refrigerant, that the clutch engaged before any coolant was in the system (no pressure).
