Hcg levels of twins at 4 weeks

At 5 weeks (I’m now 9 weeks 4 days) my HCG levels were almost 10,000. Haven’t had my first ultrasound yet but twins run in my family too. Everyone keeps saying twins but I’m only 18, I don’t think I could handle that just yet . At 4w6d mine was 5431 and at 5w1d they were ~12000.
