If you want the truck to ride worse than it does now, put a lift kit on it. Mainly just want the longer footprint when aired down & a little extra height for the diffs 😁. You can fit 37s on 250s with just a level. Maybe some slight trimming if you disconnect sway bars and stuff a wheel. But you've always been able to do that.

I've researched this a bit as well and from what I can tell, 37s will fit with 5-5.5 inches of backspacing on a 9" wheel. Prepare for some slight valance trimming as well. What we noticed in the shop is the Radius Arms and the sway bar both are built different from my 2021. The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires.
