Cvt whining noise

I have about 15k on my 21 Limited already. The transmission was dead silent until about 10k, then a whining noise started. Its not very loud, but I notice it. Its most noticeable when its cold out and im going between stop signs at low speeds. It changes in pitch with the grear ratio change. Its definitely not the engine or a diff.
