Check what model you have. If it is in fact a hard drive, I highly recommend you get a solid state drive. Thats the single biggest increase you can achieve, and fairly cheap. Mind you since you're on a laptop you probably need to replace your existing drive.

It would take literally 0.5 seconds for the PS5 load process that amount of data.
